Current ActivitiesOur next butchering will be December 4 & 5 with sales on Saturday, December 6, 2007. Thursday, Dec. 4, 2 p.m. - ? Cutting of meat and prep for Friday Friday, Dec. 5, 6 a.m. - ? Sausage prep, cooking, and preparing orders Saturday, Dec. 6, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Sales We'll be butchering 35 pigs. We plan on starting on a Thursday afternoon (2 - 8 pm) and finishing the next morning (6 am - 1 pm). We'll fill orders Friday afternoon (6 - 9 pm). Volunteer for sales work begins at 7 a.m. Saturday. Sales orders must be picked up by noon on Saturday, the following day. To place an order, you may call one of one of our committee co-chairs:
