The Jefferson Streetscape Task Force would like to place the enclosed resolution on the agenda of the April 4 meeting of the Frederick Board of County Commissioners.  A second enclosure explains the project – its mission, scope, history, and remaining tasks. 

We have previously received a letter of support for the project from the Commissioners.  The adoption of the official resolution by the Commissioners is necessary for the project to proceed.
