General announcements
Purpose of Meeting: To make individual assignments for the door to door survey of property owners.

the Jefferson Streetscape project is found at

The following people attended:
Jim Carpenter, Maurice Hoffmaster, Gene Keller, Mike Boyer, Clarence &
Barbara Horst, Andy Lynn
Minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
Review the survey instruments.
Questionnaire - discussion of last question regarding green space
lead to the conclusion that interviewers should not attempt to answer questions
but write them down.
Booklets for individual property owners. Jim labeled each
booklet with the address and block number, stacked the booklets in groups of 8 -
15 and laid each stack on the appropriate block of the display map.
Return envelops - Jim will deliver them to the interviewers tomorrow.
The return address will be Jim's home.
Comments of Property Owners in June 29 Meeting will be emailed to
interviewers.
Assignments of Task Force Members
Each person took a stack of booklets and recorded the assignment on a 3x5
index card.
Next Task Force Meeting will be November 30.
The survey should be completed and we will discuss the results and
convey them to SHA.
